DMC “Fortum” operates with exclusively lawful methods. Therefore we expect from the Debtor availability for collaboration and the responsible relation to performance of the obligations. We also hopeless that we will find labour in common and acceptable results for both parties. At the same time we are compelled to warn Debtors who evade from collaboration or use illegal methods for the purpose of default from obligations, about possible negative consequences of such actions:

1. Attempts to evade from collaboration ot to get rid of mortgaging or other property on which subsequently the court turn collecting, confirm intentional of your actions that is the corpus delicti of a crime;
2. The sum of your debt will increase in order to charge by the Creditor fines and penalties;
3. Creation of negative credit history that will complicate to your possibilities to use crediting mechanisms in the future;
4. In case of the dispute resolution in court – necessity of compensations of legal cost tha only will increase your expenses;
5. Deterioration of reputation in business community and as consequence, complication of relations with partners and counterparts;

We are compelled to warn also Debtors who evade from collaboration with us that we reserve the right to inform the business public and counterparts of the Debtor of his actions  and also to use within the limits of the current legislation for the purpose of influence on the debtor other PR- methods.
