Mission and strategy
Fortum DLMC sees its mission in relieving Customers’ companies of risk factors restraining the development of their principal business and in the optimization decisions related to the establishment and protection of their business relations.
Due to an efficient management of our Customers’ receivables we improve the possibility of a long-lasting growth and an efficient fulfillment of their existing and future tasks. Our long-term and stable relationship with Customers is based on mutual respect and the observance of confidentiality applied to the receivables management.
At the same time we understand the aspiration of a debtor to settle a debt-related situation so that its positive image and good relations with the Creditor can be preserved. It will be proved to unscrupulous debtors by all possible legal means that there is no way but the repayment of the debt.
The purpose of activities of Fortum DLMC is for the Company to win leading positions on the Ukrainian market, to establish high professional standards of activities and to improve the mechanism of settlement of disputes related to credits and debts.
We use the following strategies in order to achieve the said purpose:
