Roman Khrustenko
Member of the Board of Directors
Roman Khrustenko is an attorney and a Senior Managing Partner of OL&RUST Law Company. He specializes in the civil, economic, tax, corporate, privatization and banking law. He is a Member of the Bar and the Attorneys’ Association of Ukraine. His university education in the field of law (Shevchenko Kyiv National University – Jurisprudence) and economics (Kyiv State University of Trade and Economics – Accounting and Audit) enables him to fulfill tasks for the Customers who require a symbiosis of the said special knowledge. As a practicing lawyer Mr. Khrustenko participated in numerous proceedings protecting interests of the customers of DMC Fortum and OL&RUST. Roman authored numerous publications concerning urgent problems the law enforcement in mass media. Mr. Khrustenko has experience in recovering the debts from oil&gas majors in Ukraine, successfully representing leading telecom operators in vindication suits, etc.
Eugeniy Rokicki

Dr. Eugeniy Rokicki is a seasoned risk manager and international finance expert. He leads the international debt recovery and risk management practices of the Corporation. Eugeniy specializes in crisis management, corporate governance, distressed asset management and financial fraud prevention. He successfully accomplished numerous projects with international financial institutions, the government and military industrial complex enterprises in the former Soviet Union in structured finance and corporate reorganizations. Eugeniy occupied executive positions at transnational financial groups in Russia and Ukraine
Vladyslav Vergeles
Counselor
Vladyslav Vergeles graduated from the Law Faculty of the leading Ukraine's T.Shevchenko University in 1994. After spending 6 years as a military investigator and prosecutor at Kyiv army garrison, since 2000 to 2011 he was deployed as an investigator of the Main Investigation Department of the Security service of Ukraine (the KGB successor). Last position - Deputy Head of the Dept, was responsible for all investigations on terrorist attacks, en-masse illicit trading, extreme big embezzlements and other extraordinary cases.
Military rank – Colonel. Decorated with the “Bravity” medal. Speaks good English and Polish.
In DMC Fortum Vladyslav Vergeles supervises criminal law aspects of corporate debt recovery. His important field of specialization is anti-corruption audit of both Ukrainian companies and branches of international corporations. Vladyslav Vergeles also heads the analytical unit of DMC Fortum. Vladyslav's special areas of expertise are counterfeiting and cross-border illicit trading investigations.
