Bankruptcy/Insolvency:

Debt Management Company Fortum offers its clients services in the judicial and extrajudicial procedures related to the restoration of solvency or bankruptcy at different stages:

Stage before legal proceedings:

•     bankruptcy prevention the development and implementation of plans of reorganization, management, and investment, technical, financial, economic, legal measures directed on restoration of solvency of the debtor;

•     monitoring of an economic situation of the debtor;

Within the mentioned legal proceedings:

•     in the course of the order property of the debtor (representation and protection of the rights of creditors and debtors associated with the appointment and replacement of the arbitration administrator (executor of the estate of the debtor) judicial recognition of claims of creditors and approval of the registry of creditors holding creditors 'charges, formation of creditors' committee, the removal from duty head of the debtor);

A rehabilitation stage:

•     restoration of solvency of the debtor a plan of reorganization, the appointment of motels and legal support for reorganization and other measures, the plan for reorganization) during the liquidation of the debtor;

Liquidation of the debtor:

•     representation and protection of property interests of clients an estimation and realization of property of the bankrupt to satisfaction of the duties towards the creditors according to the established sequence; the appeal of actions and a divergence of the liquidator, etc.
